Alicia Sandoval (María Sorté) is a woman who works hard to succeed in her job. She has at her side people who love her but also around her there are people who make her life impossible. Her best friend is Chole (Angelica Aragon): with her, Alicia talks about her problems, her illusions, her failures and her dreams. Chole listens to her with attentions, suffer with her, console her, give her advice when she needs it and support her in all her projects.

Alicia begins to work in a radio station. In her program among other things, she talks to the women and gives them advice. Alicia's goal is that, through the radio, she would like to help women to defend themselves from the opposite sex: women should not be sexually harassed or be humiliated. Alicia faces people who are oppose to women succeeding in any profession like men do.

Will Alicia be able to succeed as a radio personality and her advice reaching radio listener to the most remote places? Will she be able to overcome her obstacles and deal with the people who want to destroy her?
