Perla (Aracely Arambula) is an innocent young girl who has to leave her hometown because a dirty old man wants her to be his. She is a clairvoyant and can predict the future. Perla has the opportunity to meets Gabriel (Gorge Salinas) a rich man from Mexico City; it is love at first sight when they meet. Unfortunately Gabriel has a girlfriend, Sonia (Elizabeth Alvarez).

Jeronimo (Abraham Ramos) Perla’s boss forces her to married him by threatening to kill her father. Enrique, Jeronimo’s son obsessed with Perla, assassinated Jeronimo on their wedding day. Enrique accuses Fidel (Jose Carlos Ruiz), Perla’s father, of the murder. Fidel flees to Mexico City and Perla goes to find him.

When she is in Mexico City, she meets Gabriel who gives her employment as a subway engineer. After a while she finds her father. Gabriel discovers that his best friend Adolfo (Gabriel Soto) turn out to be his long lost brother. Perla and Gabriel’s love will not be easy because Sonia will stop at nothing to separate them. They know she will do the impossible to separate them.
